So, I think it's past time we got some more concrete plans down for this. Departure times, hotels if necessary, driving schemes since we'll have more people than can fit in the Frank-mobile.

Best way would likely be for you to Drive to Washington area and Leave a your Car at Josh or Ashman's Place. Ride with them up to meet us in Wentzville and from there we all trek across the state.

I can do that if I can get directions! Also, I'm odd man out, so if I make things difficult, its no worries ^_^

This isn't factoring in one or two more from my crew, so two cars will be a must with or with out Becca. I'm willing to drive, even though the conversations in the Frank-mobile seem to be well beyond worth the trip on their own. I won't speak for Ashman, his situation is all over the place with funerals and wives and house plans and all that. I'll try to "convince" him that he should at least be posting.

Becca, if you're cool with coming up here and meeting up with us, that can easily be arranged in the directions and parking place departments.

Ok so I called Urbanek and Josh tonight to get plans Ironed out to some extent.

Frank / Josh Driving
Arrive KC Friday night late Dinner time.
Leave Sunday Morning after folks get up.

Loose plan..

John will bring his two and Pick up Reggie. We are waiting on him to verify Class schedules to Confirm times.
Josh will Grab his Charges, along with Rebecca, and meet up with us in Wentzville. He is waiting to Confirm work schedules.

Rebecca Are you ok to meet up with Josh sometime around the 12 - 2 timeframe on Friday?

Ideally we would like to be leaving Wentzville no later 4:30pm.

Maybe have a light snack before leaving Wentzville Plan on Dinner on the MO side of KC. (Mongolian BBQ?)

I'm researching hotel's we will have at least one, or two rooms. Josh may have a local contact that he'll peg for him and his boys. Rebecca, you are the Lone woman, I doubt anyone has an issue sharing a room, but it's up to you.

Josh may have need to come Saturday night, but that is yet to be determined.
